The Scotiabank Customer Contact Centre in Cornwall has been awarded the Contact Centre Employer of Choice Platinum level 2012 designation from CCEOC Inc.. The Contact Centre, located on Brookdale Avenue, opened its doors in 2010 and currently employs 50.

The Platinum designation marks the first multi-site assessment for Scotiabank's four Customer Contact Centres in Calgary, Cornwall, Toronto and Halifax. This is the fifth Platinum award for the Toronto Contact Centre and the second for both Calgary and Cornwall. The Toronto Contact Centre first reached Platinum status in 2007 and has the highest continuous CCEOC ranking of any Canadian financial institution. In 2011, Scotiabank received the CCEOC 5 Year Achievement Award.
