There are only two more chapters to read in the project book for the Stormont 4-H Horse Club. We read three chapters in the last two meetings, which were both held at the Bonville Lions Club. On May 12, we read the chapters on the horse’s digestive system and on how to look after your horse’s teeth and the growth of their teeth.

On May 26, we elected a new secretary, Samantha Rupert. Congratulations on your position! At this meeting, we talked about the chapter on where and how to stable a horse and booby traps that could injure your horse. Some of these traps are rusty nails, loose wire fencing and sharp edges.
