The new website is full of information about the group’s upcoming events, what’s currently playing at the Port Theatre; you can even watch the trailers of each film listed. Use the “Contact Us” section to share what movies you would like to see at future events.

Friends of the Port is pleased to announce the next event in a series of monthly screenings of classic films at the Port Theatre. Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho will be shown for one night only on Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 7 p.m.
The Friends of the Port is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit organization which is committed to the preservation, restoration and long-term sustainability of the Port Theatre in Cornwall, Ontario as an exhibition hall for film. Its main focus is to ensure that the Port always remains a theatre in the heart of Le Village and that it be renewed through the initiatives of both the citizens of Cornwall and all those who love old movie houses and cinema.
