RONA Inc. the largest Canadian distributor and retailer of hardware, renovation and gardening products, honoured 215 “customer service champions” at a major company celebration in Montreal on November 27th, 2009. The honourees were selected because of the high level of customer service they provide on a daily basis and as role models for their Rona colleagues. One of the RONA customer service champions works as a cashier and sales person at Rona Cashway in Cornwall. “We are extremely proud of the quality service we provide to our customers. It’s especially rewarding that the hard work of our employees makes such an impact that customers even take the time to write to let us know that our service alone is worth the trip to our store! Brittany Cryderman has successfully met the many challenges of today’s retail business like a true champion,” said Susan Douglas, store manager, Cornwall location.. “I am confident that she will continue to set an example for our other employees in the best ways to keep our customers satisfied.”
