Jim Morgan is a young man who believes in keeping busy. Born in Ingleside 40 years ago, he graduated from Rothwell-Osnabruck high school and says, believe it or not, he became a farmhand for the late Ronnie Beaudette for eight years.

David Brown Construction provided his next job where he laboured as a truck driver. His interest in forestry drew him to the Parks Commission, first as a labourer then as a foreman and eventually Parks commissioner. During this time, he formed a tree service business, complete with trucks and shredding equipment.

The ambitious Ingleside resident is presently at the Long Sault Arena arranging sports and recreational events as well as servicing the arena’s facilities.

Six years ago Jim married Rachel Paquette, a Greenfield lady who owns Owner’s Discount Carpet Sales.

They have two children, Jacob, who attends Rothwell-Osnabruck, and 3-year-old Madix.

The family enjoys camping, outdoor life and looks forward each year to their trip to Florida.

The hard-working couple agree that family time is the most important element to be considered.
