Ten ways to lose weight right now

The power of nature and natural cycles is overwhelming when it comes to health improvement. The key to long term weight control and staying healthy is to support the natural cycles within you. Just give these easy to apply weight loss techniques a try and understand that their ability to provide instant health improvement is based on the idea that supporting the body always trumps attacking the body with pharmaceuticals, elective surgeries, abusive diets, abusive exercise routines, radiation etc…

Try supporting your body with clean spring water. You should be consuming half your body weight in ounces of clean spring water everyday (between meals). For every caffeinated drink you consume (like coffee, pop or tea etc) you also need to consume an equal amount of clean spring water, on top of the original quota.

Go purchase two to three cases of glass bottled spring water and try this weight loss technique for a couple of weeks. Prepare mentally and rid yourself of disempowering mind viruses that tell you that a bottle of wine is worth $25 but a case of spring water is not. Yes, it will be expensive to save yourself and kill yourself at the same time so you'll have to decide what direction you want your life to go in.

Foods that kill you prematurely and make you a permanent resident at the hospital cost money too. Add up the negative impacts bad foods and bad habits have on your life (time off work, extra costs associated with being ill, lack of life enjoyment, too embarrassed to go to the beach, etc…) and you'll see that being healthy is actually very cheap. Being sick is expensive. Glass bottled water provides the best results, as it contains no toxic plastic residues from plastic containers.

Although glass is heavy to transport, it's more easily recycled. Apply natural water to your natural system and watch your weight first go up a bit (as it rehydrates) but after that watch the pounds start melting away. Many diseases as well are based on water deficiencies so watch for massive increases in your health status as well when you support your natural function.

Supporting your natural sleep cycles is also a sure fire way to start moving the weight off and to keep disease at bay. Natural sleep cycles are synced to the cycles of the setting and rising sun. The body goes into a deep recovery and repair cycle starting at 2 p.m. This repair and recovery cycle goes into high gear when the sun sets. Due to the fact that these cycles are triggered by light, artificial light sources greatly interfere with this natural wellness cycle.

The TV being the # 1 culprit and the # 1 side effect of TV light interfering with this natural cycle is accelerated weight gain and disease. Not only do TV and other bright light sources (like a computer screen) pack on the pounds after sunset, the vast majority of information on TV is designed to dis-empower the population on many levels. Try shutting the TV or computer screen off earlier and earlier every night and watch the pounds start coming off. Optimally, start reading instead of watching TV or the computer. To maximize weight loss and minimize disease get to sleep by 10:30 and wake with the rising sun. Without TV, sex is also more likely to occur and sex is just another wonderful weight loss provider because it triggers many natural relaxation and bonding requirements, mandatory for optimal health.
