Details : AGAPÈ WALK-IN CLINIC: Agapè Centre, 40 Fifth St. West, Cornwall. There will no longer be any Wellness Clinics held at the Agapè Centre. Carefor Wellness Clinic has been cancelled because of lack of space, Carefor Health Community Services can no longer hold our clinics at the Agapè Centre. This is effective immediately.
