A Cornwall woman was all smiles Wednesday night as she celebrated a milestone many of us are likely never to see - 106 years old.
Clara Gadoua, now a resident of McConnell Manor, was surrounded by family and friends to mark more than a century as a grandmother, aunt and mom.
Gadoua has made a life out of keeping busy - regardless of age. She still buzzes around McConnell Manor with the aid of a walker and she was a cook at Glen Walter's Blue Anchor for years before retiring well into her 80s.
Gadoua and her family credits her long life to living with a healthy attitude and always having something to do.
