During Remembrance Day ceremonies at the Cenotaph Monument in Memorial Park, a new bilingual plaque was unveiled to pay tribute to those who served with NATO and UN Forces and in Afghanistan. The plaque was installed by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297 and the City of Cornwall. Pictured in the photo on the right, in front of the plaque, are Legion 297 President Ken Heagle (left), Mayor Bob Kilger (right) and members of the SD&G Highlanders.
