The Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph's (RHSJ) Health Centre of Cornwall Fund held their 22nd "Lights of Hope" ceremony on Tuesday, December 13 at the St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre (SJCCC).
The Jeanne Mance Hall was filled with residents and guests there to hear the Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School Choir sing Christmas music.
"Our goal is to meet the increasing needs of our residents and patients and also to enhance our Resident/Patient Care Programs. The success of the fundraising campaign depends entirely on the generosity of our community and once again our community responded to the Campaign which has raised $13,500 to date," explained SJCCC Community Engagement Officer Tammie Ménard.
"We are grateful for the continued support by our community and the generous response to the Lights of Hope Campaign this year. The Lights of Hope Campaign closes at the end of December, so if you have not made a donation yet, you may do so at 14 York Street or online at www.sjccc.ca."
