CRAIG – Arthur James (December 31, 1942 – June 24, 2009)

Passed away at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Deeply missed by his wife Beverly (Johnston), two sons Rodney and Kevin and their wives Kim (McRae) and Tina (Robinson). Grandpa will be missed by his five grandchildren, Ross, Grant, Campbell, Kieran and Lauryn. Arthur was the son of Ruth (McKie) and the late Wesley Craig, son-in-law of Janet (McDonald) and the late Wesley Johnson. Survived by his sisters, Heather (Malcolm) MacGregor and Kathie (Gerry) Ward, brothers Melvin (Betty) and Mervin (Judy). Also survived by brother-in-law Robert (Pauline) Johnson and by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St. Lancaster (613) 347-3629 on Friday, June 26, 2009 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm and Saturday from 12noon until 1:30pm. Funeral to be held at St. Andrew’s United Church, Williamstown on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 2pm. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Lung Association of Ontario or to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. HORSFIELD – Maxine Norma (Roos)

Passed away at Parisien Manor on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Horsfield (2006). Dear mother of David Horsfield (Jan), Diane Bryenton (Albert) and Jane Switzer (Doug). Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Edith Roos and one brother, Bob. Cremation Services under the care and direction of the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt St. (across from City Hall) Cornwall. A Graveside Service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

MURRAY – James Donald

Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, Ontario on May 13, 2009. Predeceased by his beloved first wife Frances, his parents James and Helen and his sister Janet. Survived by his second wife Mary Safety of Harbor, FL. Dear father of Douglas (Susan) of Cobourg, ON, David of Calgary, AB and Margaret (Jerry) of Cornwall, ON. Affectionately known as “Gramps” to 8 grandchildren, Jamie of Vancouver, BC, Todd (Connie) of Phoenix, AZ, Robbie (Danielle) of New Market, ON, Scott (Glenda) of Calgary, AB, John of Montreal, QC, Jennifer (Michael) of Australia, Shawn (Julie) of Cornwall and Vicky of Cornwall. Proud great-grandfather to 8 great-grandchildren. A “Scottish” Memorial Graveside Service is planned to take place on July 4, 2009 at 1:30pm at Carleton Place United Cemetery. The family extends an open invitation to all friends and relatives. Memorial Donations may be made to Knox St. Paul’s United Church Building Fund in Cornwall.
