LYNCH - Thérèse (née Massé)

Mrs. Thérèse Lynch peacefully at Hospice Cornwall, surrounded by her family on Monday October 5, 2009 at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Howard Lynch. Cherished mother of Robert (Bob) Lynch (Hélène), Williamstown; Richard Lynch (Hélène), Cornwall; and Linda Mott (Stan) of Orleans. Dearest grandmother of Charles, Patrick (Jenny), Kevin (Angèle), Kelly (Krista), James, Jennifer (Geoff); and great grandmother to Evan, Julien, Terrell and Myah. Loved daughter of the late Xavier and Ursule (Sabourin) Massé. Predeceased by her brothers Eximer, Lionel, Albert, and Alcide Massé; and her sisters Hélène Robillard and Léontine Bruyere. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Thursday 8:30 - 9:15 AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 10:00 AM. LALONDE - Yvette Annette (Marleau)

Suddenly at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009. She was 67. She leaves her loving husband of 47 years, Guy Lalonde. Dear mother of Claude (Nancy) and Robert “Rob” (Kendra) both of Cornwall. Sadly missed by her loving grandchildren, Kim, Shawn, Arianne and Jack. Also survived by three sisters, Louise (Gilles Ravary), Monique (Rene Spooner), Annette and one brother Normand (Louise). Predeceased by her parents, Omer and Yvonne (Leblanc) Marleau. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Homes, 341 Pitt St. on Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Funeral Mass Thursday, Oct. 8 at Precious Blood Catholic Church, Glen Walter, at 10 am. Rite of Committal at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.

O’MALLEY - Arnold

81 years, of London, passed away peacefully at home, on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009. Beloved husband of Therese (nee Seguin). Loving father of Lynda and husband Peter Hillier, Michael and wife Cecilia O’Malley, Peggy O’Malley and husband Larry MacDougall, late James O’Malley (2007) and wife Erin Schnepper, and Patrick O’Malley. Dear grandfather of Kathleen, Kayla, Bryan and wife Hope, Stacey, Eddy, Jocelin, Elliott and Megan. Also survived by several brothers, sister, nieces and nephews. Arnold was a life member of FSNA and the Knights of Columbus Council #11053, London. Visitation at Paul Reaume Funeral Homes, Comber, ON on Tuesday from 2-5 pm and from 7-9 pm. MOFFATT - Garry

Suddenly and unexpected as the result of a heart attack on Saturday, October 3, 2009. Garry Moffatt (Electrician with I.B.E.W. Local 115 Kingston) of Glen Roy; age 66 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Agnes (Tootsie) Moffatt (nee Renaud). Loving father of Lisa MacDonald (Randy) of Alexandria, Scott Moffatt (Tracey) of Glen Roy, Mark Moffatt (Guylaine) of Frog Hollow and Carl Moffatt (Brenda) of Red Deer, Alberta. Dear son of Cecilia Moffatt (nee McCormick) and brother of Joanne Moffatt of Ottawa. Cherished and devoted grandfather of Kayla, Kelsey, Thomas, Michael, Kate, Robbie, Michaela, Mackenzie, Cole, Tegan, Kennedy and Paige. Son-in-law of Loretta Renaud and brother-in-law of the late Robert Renaud (Ghislain), Lloyd Renaud (Suzanne), Wayne Renaud (Debbie), Guy Renaud (Debbie) and Richard Renaud (Cheryle). Garry is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. LEBLANC - Bernard

At the Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009. Bernard Gerard Leblanc, formerly of Cornwall; age 79 years. Beloved husband of the late Muriel (Godin) Leblanc. Dear father of Carl Leblanc (Jenny) of Hinton, AB; David Leblanc (cecile) of Cornwall; Phillip Leblanc (Cheryl), Debbie Geneau (Tom) and Christine Taillon (Gary) all of Cornwall. Predeceased by one son Michael. Dear son of the late Avila Leblanc and the late Annie (McCall) Leblanc. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by four brothers, Emile, Marcel, Denis; and by Jean-Louis Leblanc and by seven sisters, Jeanne, Irene, Hermina, Fernande, Micheline, Suzanne and Annette. Dear friend to Pauline Casselman of Cornwall. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch, 29 Seventh St. W. (613-932-8482) from 2 pm Wednesday.
