Cotton Mill Lofts construction

A start-up ceremony was held at the site of the future Cotton Mill Lofts on Wednesday, Aug.12, to mark the beginning of the demolition of a portion of the old mill and construction of the new condos. The project is scheduled to be completed by the spring of 2011.
