Taking on the Ottawa Royals in Ottawa the Blazers proved far too much for the Royals to handle. Once the Blazers found their rhythm, the goals started to pile on. Goal scorers were Jacob Lepage (4), Colton Gallant (3), Coty Casselman (2) and Keilian MacCulloch (2). The result made the trip to Ottawa worthwhile. Next up for the Blazers was Carleton Place at Optimist Park. The first half saw the Blazers doing all the attacking with Carleton Place collapsing into a defensive shell. Despite this the Blazers managed to take a 2–0 lead into the half. The second half saw the Blazers move the ball with superior passing skills and wonderful crosses by Dany Alleyn and Keilian MacCulloch forcing Carleton Place to chase the ball all over the field until the Blazers could choose their spots for scoring opportunities. This style of play resulted in the Blazers scoring five more times before the game was over. Goal scorers were Coty Casselman (3), Colton Gallant (3) and Niall Woodmass (1).
