Calling all parents of young children! Variety 104.5, the Ontario Early Years Centre of SD&G, the Eastern Ontario Health Unit and the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie are pleased to present the second annual Baby Show...Parenting from prenatal to preschool. The Baby Show is set to take place on Oct. 23 and 24 at the Cornwall Civic Complex. Products, services and resources will be available for new and expectant parents. Over 40 exhibitors will offer parents choices in toys, clothes, supplies, child care, RESP’ and so much more! This year, Erick Traplin, a children’s entertainer, will perform on Friday, Oct, 23 at 11 a.m. Erick captivates young audiences and encourages participation at his fun-filled high-energy children’s concerts. State Farm Insurance is sponsoring Mama Woof to paint children’s faces during the two-day show. A Baby Crawl Contest will begin at 10:30 on Saturday, so bring your lively crawler along to participate in this amazing race! New to the Baby Show this year are two fashion shows. Young models will show fashions from Sears, Giant Tiger and Echo Trends at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hip Kids Consignment Sales and a marketplace will be available for early holiday shopping. The hours of the Baby Show are Friday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturday Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. See you there!
