THE FRIENDS OF THE UPPER CANADA MIGRATORY BIRD SANCTUARY would like to make you aware of the 2010 opening of the Information Centre on weekends only. The centre will be toasty warm and ready to welcome people interested in enjoying the many opportunities available for fun and exercise in our wonderful Canadian sunshine, crisp winter air and fresh snow. The cross country ski trails have been prepared and are ready to take you into the fields, forest and open countryside. Don’t own equipment? No problem! THE MASSENA ARTISTS ASSOCIATION’S 25th Annual Juried Art Exhibit is currently on display at the Massena Public Library. It contains 118 pieces of art in several different media, including many prize-winning entries. They were created by 68 different local and regional artists. The exhibit will remain on display through Friday, Feb. 26. Artists may pick up their work at any time on Saturday, Feb. 27.
