McGUIRE, BEULAH (MADELEINE)

A resident of Chateau Gardens, Lancaster, died peacefully on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the last Norman McGuire and the late Dr. George W. Cragg. Loving mother of Ross Cragg (Joanne), Neil Cragg (Ann), Michael McGuire, Lynda Suzanne Thompson (Gus), Thomas McGuire, and Leslie McGuire. Predeceased by her son Paul Cragg (Yvonne). Proud grandmother of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Madeleine was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on January 28, 1914 to Ford and Florence Chapman. She lived a long and happy life as a dedicated nurse, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. At Madeleine’s request, there will be no visitation or service. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St., Lancaster, ON (613) 347-3629.
