The city is set to begin the process of selecting a full-time fire chief.

Last month Norm Levac began his new role as CAO, and now the corporation will begin looking for a fire chief.

Richard McCullough has been filling job in an active role.

The recruitment process will officially begin after city council gives the green light Monday night.

The fire chief makes between $106,000 and $130,000 a year.
