CORNWALL, Ontario - A restaurant employee was looking down the barrel of a BB gun while dealing with an unruly 12-year-old who is now facing multiple charges.
A 12-year-old is facing multiple charges for threatening to shoot a restaurant employee with a BB gun after being asked to leave the premises on Dec. 28, according to police.
Police allege the pre-teen pulled the gun on a staff member at a Brookdale Avenue restaurant and threatened to shoot him after he was asked to leave the establishment at 10 p.m. on Dec. 28.
The Cornwall youth was arrested a short distance away and transported to police headquarters. He faces charges of assault with a weapon, threats, weapons dangerous and pointing a firearm.
Since he's under 18 his name cannot be released.
