CORNWALL, Ontario – Are you looking for some Easter-type activities Good Friday? Have we got an event for you.

Rachel’s Kids is hosting an Easter egg hunt in Lamoureux Park begnning at 9 a.m.

Rachel’s Kids staffers will hide 1,500 plastic eggs throughout the park. The eggs contain some chocolates and other treats.

The event is free, but access to the hunt will only take place at 9 a.m. Also, older hunters are encouraged to be considerate of their younger counterparts and ensure that there are plenty of treats to go around.

Kim Lauzon, the new executive director at Rachel’s Kids, said the event is being done in partnership with the charity and Dr. Rachel Navaneelan Family Dentistry.
