CORNWALL, Ontario – If you need a coffee/donut fix in a hurry you’ll be pleased to know that there are even more options to fill your stomach locally.
The 10th Tim Hortons that will service Cornwall and area – technically it’s in South Glengarry – will hold its grand opening Tuesday at Boundary Road near Highway 401.
A ribbon-cutting is slated for 11 a.m.
“We are thrilled to bring this new location to Cornwall and excited for our guests to experience the new Tim Hortons look,” said Michelle and Nelson Matos, Tim Hortons Restaurant owners. “Guests can relax by the fire and watch TV, while sipping their favourite cup of coffee and enjoying a grilled Panini or whatever else fits their mood. We welcome everyone to come and enjoy the new Tim Hortons in the Cornwall community.”
New Tim Hortons restaurants as well as existing renovations across the chain this year will incorporate the company’s new interior and exterior look and design which was introduced earlier last year.
This opening brings approximately 40 to 50 new full- and part-time jobs along wiht it.
The Michelle and Nelson Matos, who also own other Tim Hortons locations in the surrounding Cornwall and South Glengarry area, say that this restaurant will be open 24 hours and will feature a full menu.
