Abandoned puppies dropped over a seven-foot fence: Ontario SPCA
These three pups are in need of a good home.

CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall SPCA is up in arms after three abandoned puppies were found Wednesday morning.

The animal shelter is asking the public to help find the individual who dropped two border collie-type puppies and one terrier-mix puppy over their seven-foot fence, and onto a patch of gravel.

A video camera at the local SPCA branch office on Boundary Road captured this disgusting act of neglect at 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21.

“Abandoning a pet is never the right answer,” says Steve Toy, senior inspector for the SPCA. “Please call your local Ontario SPCA Community to make an appointment to have your pet surrendered, should the need arise.”

The puppies are currently doing well and receiving the care they require, said the SPCA.

If you have any information to help solve this case, please call 310-SPCA immediately.

For adoption details, call the Ontario SPCA Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry branch at (613) 936-0072.
