CORNWALL, Ontario – A 19-year-old Cornwall man has been charged with possession of child pornography.
Justin Hebert turned himself in at police headquarters Thursday (Jan. 22).
He was released to appear in court on Feb. 24, on numerous conditions to protect the public, specifically children.
The Cornwall Community Police Service made the arrest as a member of the Provincial Strategy to Protect Children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the Internet.
