CORNWALL, Ontario – Cornwall’s Remembrance Day ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. this morning at the Cenotaph on Second Street West.
The ceremony will include the laying of wreaths by local officials, as well as remarks from members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297.
Canadian Army Lt.-Gen. Marquis Hainse will be taking part in the ceremony as well. Members of the SD and G Highlanders will be parading to the Cenotaph in advance of the ceremony.
Street closures are expected in the area.
