CORNWALL, Ontario – Two men were arrested Thursday after swapping price tags to get a better deal at a Pitt Street store.
Cornwall Community Police Service have charged George Brazeau, of Maxville, and Joshua Brazeau, of Ottawa, with fraud.
Police say the duo switched price tags and then attempted to purchase the merchandise on Friday (Jan. 15).
The accused turned themselves into police headquarters on Thursday (Jan. 21). They were released to appear in a Cornwall court on February 25.
