CORNWALL, Ontario – A Cornwall man aimed his vehicle at another individual in an alcohol-fueled attack that has landed him in jail.
Cornwall police said the fellow drove his vehicle in a dangerous manner towards a 38-year-old man. The driver was allegedly impaired at the time.
He then pushed the man and threatened to kill him.
Nicolas Merard, 37 of Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with dangerous driving, threats, assault and impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
He was held for a bail hearing.
