CORNWALL, Ontario – A Cornwall man was released from police custody after making threats with a beer bottle.
Police said the man attended an Alice Street residence and threatened the occupant with the bottle on June 25.
Carlo Pettinicchio, age 41, of Cornwall, was arrested on June 30. He is bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was charged with assault with a weapon and breach of an order.
