WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Dylan Moses, 33, of Akwesasne was arrested on Oct. 31, 2016 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on June 21, 2016 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Oct. 31, 2016 the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – Cheryl Comeau, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on Oct. 31, 2016 and charged with assault. It is alleged while at a local bar on Oct. 30, 2016 the woman punched another woman in the eye and police were contacted to investigate. On Oct. 31, 2016 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 6, 2016.
IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Cody D’Heilly-Labelle, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 1, 2016 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is allege the man was operating a motor vehicle in the early morning hours of Nov. 1.t, 2016 while under the influence of alcohol at a local restaurant parking lot. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date.
