WARRANT & BREACHES

Cornwall, ON- Larry Seguin, 41 of Glen Walter was arrested on February 6th, 2013 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. He was bound by a Recognizance with the relevant conditions to not associate or communicate directly or indirectly with a certain female, except in the presence of surety and with written revocable consent, not to be away from my residence except as follows: when accompanied by surety or with consent of surety to attend counseling or treatment. It is alleged that on December 6th, 2012 he caused damaged to property and left the residence without accompanied by surety or with consent. A warrant was issued. It is also alleged the on February 6th, 2013 he attended a Ninth Street store and removed property without making any attempt to pay for it. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Theft under $5000, 3 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Mischief under $5000. He was held in custody until court the following day.

ESCAPE CUSTODY

Cornwall, ON- A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on February 6th, 2013 under the strength of a warrant. It is alleged that on February 6th, 2013 he escaped a facility. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was held in custody until court the following day.

BREAK & ENTER ARREST

Cornwall, ON- A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on February 6th, 2013. It is alleged that on January 1st, 2013, he unlawfully entered a Marlborough Street residence and removed property. A police investigation followed and he was charged with Break & Enter to commit Theft. He was released to appear in court on March 21st, 2013.

ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON- A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on February 6th, 2013. It is alleged that on December 20th, 2012 she was involved in an altercation when she assaulted a 16-year-old male. The male suffered minor injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with assault and released to an adult to appear in court on March 21st, 2013. Her name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

OVER 80

 Cornwall, ON- Andre Paul, 45 of Cornwall was arrested at approximately 11:30 pm on February 6th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that he was found operating a motor vehicle on Twelfth Street while he was under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with Over 80 and breach of Probation Order. He was released to appear in court on March 19th, 2013.

BREACHES

 Cornwall, ON- A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on February 6th, 2013. The youth was bound by Undertaking with the relevant conditions to abide by house rules and keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The youth also was bound by a Youth Probation Order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on February 7th, 2013 the youth failed to follow house rules when she failed to be home by curfew. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was charged with 2 counts of Undertaking and Breach of Probation Order. She was held in custody until court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT & BREACH

 Cornwall, ON- A 54-year-old Cornwall female was arrested on February 7th, 2013. She was bound by an Undertaking with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. She was also bound to not contact directly or indirectly with her 53-year-old ex-boyfriend. It is alleged that between January 30th and 31st, 2013 she continuously contacted her 53-year-old ex-boyfriend by calling him. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Criminal Harassment, Fail to Comply with Undertaking and Breach of Peace bond. She was held in custody until court later that day. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

THEFT & BREACHEs

Cornwall, ON- Todd St. Louis, 32 of Brockville was arrested on February 7th, 2013. He was bound by 2 Undertakings with the relevant conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was also bound by 2 Probation Orders with the relevant conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and may only consume alcohol in house and cannot leave residence. It is alleged that on February 1st, 2013 he removed an undisclosed amount of money from his 18-year-old female acquaintance. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Theft under $5000, 3 counts of Breach of Probation Order and 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was held in custody until court later that day.

ASSAUL, THREATS, MISCHIEF & CRUELTY TO ANIMAl

Cornwall, ON- Leonard Pennie, 51 of Toronto was arrested on February 7th, 2013. He was bound by a Parole with the relevant conditions of not to consume alcohol, to report immediately all friendships with females to your Parole Supervisor, to remain within Toronto and keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on January 4th, 2013 while intoxicated at a Cornwall residence of a 23-year-old male and a 21-year-old female acquaintances, he threw the family cat off a second floor balcony. The cat was not injured. It is also alleged that on January 7th, 2013 while intoxicated her assaulted the 21-year-old female, damaged property and threaten the couple. The victim did not require medical treatment. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was located and charged with Assault, Utter Threats, Mischief under $5000 and cruelty to animal. He was held in custody until court later that day.

FAIL TO APPEAR

Cornwall, ON- Dalyn Ranson, 22 of Akwesasne was arrested on February 7th, 2013. It is alleged that on January 23rd, 2013 he failed to attend for fingerprints. He was charged with Fail to Appear and released to appear in court on February 19th, 2013
