Police Briefs: February 28, 2013

FAIL TO ATTEND & BREACH

Cornwall, ON- Jeffrey Leblanc, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on February 27th, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on February 22nd, 2013 he failed to attend for fingerprints. He was charged with Fail to Attend for Fingerprints and Breach of Probation Order. He was released to appear in court on March 28th, 2013.

DRUGS

Cornwall, ON- Devon Bingley, 18 of Cornwall was arrested on February 27th, 2013. It is alleged that on February 28th, 2013 he was found to be in possession of controlled substances believed to be marijuana and methamphetamine (speed). Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Possession of Controlled substance, Possession for the purpose and Possession of property obtained by Crime under $5000. He was released to appear in court on March 28th, 2013.
