Financial commitments for the G8

Dear Editor,

Mr. Harper said he would put maternal and child health at the top of his 2010 G8 agenda, this summer, in Muskoka, Ontario. It's a great decision! Let's now hope he will “financially” commit to this prior to the summit.

The goal behind these commitments should be to save thousands of third world mothers and children, not to calm down Canadian’s expectations.
