Let’s just enjoy prorogation

Dear Editor,

Grit MPs still on job, Opposition House leader Ralph Goodale tells us that Liberals" are still on the job" Part of the job,I guest is having Michael Ignatief cast aspersions on Stephen Harper and his government.

I don't understand the complete confusion over prorogation.The PM's first one saved us from the coalition,the second is for just 22 non-sitting days. If these days in the House are that important, perhaps we should have a look at the three or four months MPs have off in the summertime.

In the meantime, this country is doing well and Harper government has capably handled the recession and the stimulus program.
