RACINE, Bernard - M. Bernard Racine est décédé le 5 janvier 2013 à l'âge de 82 ans. Il était l'époux d'Aline Poirier et le fils de feu Hector Racine et feu Dora Brisson. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Daniel (Éveline), Alain (Suzanne), Colette (Luc Bazinet) et Joanne (André Groulx), la fille d'Aline, Nicole Poirier (Gilles), ses petits-enfants Christian, James, Laurie, Pierre-Luc (Geneviève), Eric, Mélanie (Joey), Rachel (Mathieu) et les petits- enfants d'Aline, Patrick, Nicholas, Marise et Douglas. Trois arrière-petits-enfants Maxime, Alexandre et Sabrina. Il laisse également ses frères Gilles (Jeannette), Maurice (Donna) et sa soeur Lisette (Claude). Il fut prédécédé par ses soeurs Ghislaine et Huguette et sa première épouse Marguerite Givogue ainsi que le fils d'Aline, Marc (Vanessa). La famille recevra les condoléances de 19 h à 21 h le jeudi 10 janvier 2013 à la MAISON FUNÉRAIRE WILSON au 822, rue Pitt à Cornwall. Les funérailles seront célébrées le vendredi 11 janvier 2013, à 11 h, à l'église Blessed Sacrament, 321 chemin Tollgate. Ceux qui le désirent peuvent faire un don à la Société canadienne du diabète.

RACINE, Bernard - Mr. Bernard Racine passed away on Saturday, January 5th, 2013, age 82 years. Beloved husband of Aline Poirier and son of the late Hector Racine and Dora Brisson. Father of Daniel (Éveline), Alain (Suzanne), Colette (Luc Bazinet) and Joanne (André Groulx), Aline's daughter, Nicole Poirier (Gilles), his grand-children Christian, James, Laurie, Pierre-Luc (Geneviève), Eric, Mélanie (Joey), Rachel (Mathieu) and Aline's grand-children, Patrick, Nicholas, Marise and Douglas. Three great-grand-children Maxime, Alexandre and Sabrina. He also leaves his brothers Gilles (Jeannette), Maurice (Donna) and his sister Lisette (Claude). He was predeceased by his sisters Ghislaine and Huguette and his first wife Marguerite Givogue, also Aline's son Marc (Vanessa). Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 10th from 7-9pm at WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 822 Pitt Street in Cornwall. The Funeral Service will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Church, 321 Tollgate Road on Friday, January 11th, 2013 at 11am. PROSSER, Robert Allison U.E. - February 21, 1919 - January 6, 2013. After a long full life, Allison passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 69 years Marion Pace. Allison is the beloved and respected father of Patricia Jackson (Francis) of Rockport, Robert of Nova Scotia and Scott (Brenda) of Monkland. Best grandpa to seven grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren. Dear brother of Reginald Prosser (late Joan) of Cornwall. Predeceased in death by his great-granddaughter Ella; his parents Harold Shaver Prosser and Dora Isabel (Bush) Prosser; one sister Margaret Cameron (late Douglas) and his step-mother Irene Fowler Prosser. A true gentleman, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends and family are invited to attend his visitation at the BROWNLEE FUNERAL HOME MACDOUGALL CHAPEL on Wednesday from 9am until 10:45am. A service in celebration of Allison Prosser's life will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 11am. Reverend Daniel Hayward officiating.
