JESMER, Claude - Mr. Claude Jesmer passed away at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, age 78 years. Beloved husband of 51 years to Sue (nĂ©e Cameron) Jesmer. Loving father of Marc (Susan), Fredericton, NB and Jason (Angie) of Cornwall. Sadly missed by his four grandchildren Meagan, Alexander, Corey and Riley. Also survived by his brother-in-law Bob Cameron (Jane) of Ottawa and several nieces and nephews. Loved son of the late Mose and Christina (nĂ©e Currier) Jesmer. Dear brother of Stanley (late Rose), Cornwall and Vivian Frost (late Doug), of Fonthill, Ontario. Active in his community, Claude was retired from Domtar, a member of Probus Cornwall, Trustee of Glen Productions, Past President of the Eastern Ontario Drama League, Past Member of the C-Way Sound Barbershop Chorus, The Cornwall Little Theatre, and St. Columban's Drama Club. Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm and Saturday 8:30 9:15am. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 10am.
