Investor’s Group in Cornwall has donated $500 to the Agape Centre in Cornwall. From left are Holly Firth (Investor’s Group), Alyssa Blais (Agape Centre) and Sam Munafo (Investor’s Group). 1 width:500px;height:375px Teleperformance teamed up with local recycling company FCM to donate over $3,000 in used computer equipment to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cornwall and District. Standing with the 15 tonnes of used electronics are from left: FCM Plant Manager Joel Latreille, Shawn Tyo of Teleperformance, FCM employee Connie Leroux, Katharyn Kelly of Teleperformance and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cornwall Coordinator Kate Wattie.

2 width:500px;height:327px On Aug.30th at the Stormont County Fair Demolition Derby, in a combined effort between the Newington Firefighters Association and Mac Tools a total of $4000.00 was raised for Ian Butcher’s Sky-High for Roger’s House Climb of Mount Kilimanjaro. Money was raised by raffling off tickets for a tool chest full of tools courtesy of Mac Tools $2025.00 and with tickets sold for a derby car by the Firefighters $1525.00 the car was donated by Chad Bilmer and the Firefighter’s Association donated $450.00.
