The Cornwall Novice Wildcats travelled to Nepean to compete in the 29th Annual Nepean Girls’ House League Tournament. In their first game, the girls played the Kingston Ice Wolves and set the tournament tone right away with a 7–2 victory. Their second game was a 5–1 loss against the Brockville Angels. In semi-final action they met up with Kingston again and claimed a 6–1 win. Cornwall advanced to the finals to play Brockville. The girls fought hard and played the best game of the season but were unfortunately defeated 2–1.
