Novice Welterweight senior under 17 champ

Champs Eastside Boxing Club is pleased to announce that Tevin Terrance of Akwesasne won the Novice Welterweight Senior Men’s 152 lbs under 17 weight class in the Eastern New York Golden Gloves finals.

Tevin Terrance defeated Vince Bart of Buffalo N.Y. who was undefeated at 5-0 previously by a unanimous decision in which Tevin left no doubts. He clearly out boxes, out punched his rival over three rounds. A very good performance by Tevin as he improved his record to 4-0. Tevin has unlimited potential as long as he remains dedicated to his training. This tournament was held on February 19th and 20th in Lyons, New York.

Next for Tevin is the all New York State Championships in April, to be held in Buffalo, New York.

Champs will be in action again on March 13th in Ottawa at the Rideau Carleton Racetrack.
