NORKETT – Earl Henry

Passed away at the Cornwall Community Hospital, McConnell Site on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, age 76 years. Earl was a retired employee of Spar in Ste. Anne de Bellevue, Quebec, and was a resident of Dorval for many years. Dearest and loving husband of 54 years to Lorraine (Gordon). Very proud and loved dad of Greg (Celine) of Oakville, Ontario and Glenn (Penny) of Guelph, Ontario. Loving grandfather of Robyn, Chris and Kyle. Loved son of the late Archibald and Katherine (Nutt) Norkett. Dear brother of Arthur (Fran) of Ottawa, Ontario and the late Margaret Ellis (Don) of Pointe Claire, Quebec. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt St. Cornwall from 7pm Friday, March 6. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 2 pm. Interment at a later date in Rideau Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Dollard des Ormeaux, Quebec. Visitation Friday 7-9 pm, Saturday, 1pm until the time of funeral. FORREST – Reta (née Dewe)

Passed away at the Cornwall Community Hospital, McConnell Site on Monday, March 2, 2009, age 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Albert Forrest. Dear daughter of the late Reginald and Elizabeth (Grandy) Dewe. Dear mother of Gordon (Brenda), George, Ronald (Kathleen), Robert (Fleurette), Joyce Shaver (Ken), all of Cornwall, Ontario, Helen Anning (Lee) of Creemore, Ontario and Earl of Sarnia, Ontario. Loving grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one son, David; five brothers, Albert, Reg, George, Fred, Ernest; and by seven sisters, Mabel, Irene, Mildred, Gladys, Ida, Eva and Elsie. Resting at McArthur Bros. & MacNeil Funeral Home, 428 Second St. E., (613-932-6300). Passed away at her residence on Sunday, March 1, 2009, age 68 years. Dear mother of Timothy Hooker (Denise Lalonde), Wayne Hooker and Bruce Young. Sadly missed by 2 grandchildren, Sarah and Jennifer Hooker. Survived by 2 brothers, Anatole and Gaston Jeaurond. Also survived by her loving companion, Andre Archambault. Dear daughter of Jeremia and Alexandrine (Lauzon) Jeaurond. Predeceased by one brother, Art Jeaurond. Friends will be received at St. Columban’s Catholic Church on Monday, March 9, 2009 from 9:30 am until Funeral Mass at 10 am. Rite of Committal, Alexandria, Ontario at a later date.
