CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Community Police Service is asking the public to come forward and contact police if they witnessed an indecent act that occurred on Dec. 3, 2016.
It is alleged on December 3rd, 2016 at approximately 5:45 p.m. a man was seen exposing himself in the area of First Street and Milleville Avenue. It is believed this incident was witnessed by a young person who was walking in the area and police would like to speak with her. If you have any information about this crime, please contact Cst.
