CORNWALL, Ontario – Francis Carver, 28, Mitchell Johnston, 20, Scott Julien, 28 and Joel Sarault, 18 all of Cornwall were arrested on January 17th, 2017.
It is alleged the four men attempted to gain entry into a Belmont Street address with a bar while three of the males concealed their identity. The males were scared off by a witness and police were contacted to investigate. The males were located a short distance away, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
