CORNWALL, Ontario – Kayla Piche, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 1, 2017 and charged with assault, assault with a weapon and threats.
It is alleged while at the hospital on Feb. 1, 2017 the woman punched a staff member, pushed a table towards her and threatened staff. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
CORNWAL, Ontario – William King, 50 of Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 1, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court in Jan. 2008 for a robbery charge and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Feb. 1, 2017 the man was located, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
