Arrest for vandalizing cars & driveway

CORNWALL, Ontario - Craig Hopkins, 39 of Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 7, 2017 and charged with mischief over $5, 000.

It is alleged sometime between Jan. 24 and Jan. 25, 2017 the man did extensive damage to four vehicles belonging to persons he knew. He also spray painted their driveway. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 14, 2017.

 

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Dustin Carter, 22, of Cornwall was arrested on Feb. 8, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged sometime in Sept. 2016 the man took a laptop and cell phone from someone known to him and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation a warrant was obtained for the arrest of the man. On Feb. 8, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear on court on March 9, 2017.
