SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – On June 15, 2017 at approximately 7:33 p.m., Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a two (2) vehicle collision on Highway 138, South Stormont Township.
Investigation indicated that the adult male driver of one of the vehicle involved was under the influence of alcohol. Minor injuries resulted.
Jeffrey IVENS, 38, of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired by Alcohol
– Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on June 29, 2017.
