The retirement party of Cornwall Community Police officer, Thom Racine, was held on Friday, Jan. 25, at the Best Western Parkway Inn. Many friends, family and co-workers, attended the event which included a video presentation, and speeches honouring his career. Pictured (L-R) Karen Torrie-Racine, Thom Racine and Jarrett Racine.
