Police ask for help with armed robbery

CORNWALL, Ontario – The Cornwall Community Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in relation to an armed robbery.

At approximately 04:30 am on July 9th, 2017 a male wearing a disguise entered the MacMillan’s convenience store located on Marlborough Street and demanded money all the while brandishing a knife. The male then left the store with a quantity of money southbound on Marlborough Street.

The suspect male was described as a Caucasian male approx.30 years of age wearing black and white bandana pattern pyjama pants, black balaclava, red gloves with multi coloured fingers and black Air Jordan runners.
