CORNWALL, Ontario – Jeffrey Leblanc, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on June 18, 2018 on the strength of a warrant and charged with the following:
Personation
• Obstruct police
• Breach of probation (for being in possession of a quantity of drugs and failing to keep the peace)
• Possession of cocaine
• Possession of marijuana
• Unlawful possession of a credit card
• Unlawful use of a credit card
• Possession of property obtained by crime
It is alleged the man was wanted on a warrant and falsely identified himself to police during a traffic stop on June 18, 2018. The man was taken into custody on the strength of a warrant and found to be in breach of his conditions by being in possession of a quantity of cocaine and marijuana. The man was also allegedly in possession of an e-bike and bank card that did not belong to him. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
