CORNWALL, Ontario – Andrew Bourbonnais, 35, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 9, 2018 and charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
It is alleged on Sept. 9, 2018 the man was acting in an aggressive manor while carrying a large sword in the area of Brookdale Ave. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the man refused to cooperate after being instructed to drop the sword and was subsequently tased. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
