CORNWALL, Ontario – A 30-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Sept. 10, 2018 and charged with sexual assault, domestic assault x4, and break & enter.
It is alleged the man entered his ex-girlfriend’s residence without permission and sexually assaulted her. It is further alleged the man assaulted her four times before taking her cell phone and keys and leaving the residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Sept. 10, 2018 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Sept. 25, 2018. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
