CORNWALL, Ontario – Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (Partners REIT) announced on their website this morning that they were selling the Cornwall Square for $8.4 million.
The company has not disclosed who they are selling the property to or any future plans for the property at this point.
The deal is expected to be closed on Dec. 10.
The Economic Development Department shared a potential rendering of what the future of the Cornwall Square could look like at the International Council of Shopping Centers convention last month and on their website.
