SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – Michael St. Louis, 37, of Prescott was arrested on Feb. 19 and charged with the following:
- Possession of property obtained by crime, under $5,000
- Possession of a controlled substance x 3 (cocaine, speed and crystal meth)
- Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice
- Fail to attend court
It is reported that the Community Street Crime Unit of SDG OPP located the accused as he was wanted by the OPP.
Upon investigation, the male was in possession of stolen property, drugs and falsely identified himself.
He was held in custody pending a court appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
